- Prescriptions uploaded for medicine delivery.
- Diagnostic reports and blood test results generated through our partners.
- Financial Information: Billing address and transaction history. Note: We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PINs. All online payment processing is handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Technical & Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and app usage data from our mobile application.
- Location Data: Precise or approximate location data (facilitated via the Google Maps API) to ensure accurate dispatch of phlebotomists, caregivers, and local medicine deliveries.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly for the following purposes:
- Service Fulfillment: To schedule and facilitate blood tests, coordinate elder care visits, and route medicine delivery orders to local stores.
- Platform Operations: To maintain and improve the functionality of the AYUXA website and mobile app.
- Communication: To send you transaction alerts, OTPs, appointment confirmations, and health reports via SMS and WhatsApp (routed through our communications partner, fast2sms).
- Customer Support: To resolve technical issues (via backend@ayuxa.net) or address patient/client queries (via support@ayuxacare.com).
- Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and prevent fraudulent activities.
3. How We Share Your Information
AYUXA acts as an aggregator. To fulfill our services, it is necessary to share specific data points with our trusted third-party partners. We ensure these partners adhere to strict data confidentiality agreements:
- Diagnostic Partners: Your name, age, contact details, and test requirements are shared with Redcliffe Labs to facilitate blood sample collection and generate clinical reports.
- Local Pharmacies: Your prescription, delivery address, and contact number are shared with independent local stores solely for the purpose of fulfilling your medicine orders.
- Technology Providers:
- fast2sms: Phone numbers are shared for triggering automated SMS/WhatsApp alerts.
- Google: Location data is processed via Google APIs for mapping and routing.
- Razorpay: Transactional data is passed securely for payment processing.
- Legal Authorities: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or statutory government agencies for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, and investigation of cyber incidents or criminal offenses.
4. Data Security
We employ robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes data encryption, secure server architecture (managed by our backend tech team), and strict access controls for our employees. Despite our best efforts, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and you share information with us at your own risk.

We retain your personal and health information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, provide our services, and comply with our legal, accounting, or statutory obligations. Once the data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
